When Barry met Sammy - A Funny View of Human Resources and Knowledge Man...

Invest in your human capital. Your employees are working hard for you day in and day out. They are often making sacrifices in their personal life to grow your company. Show them that you care, show them that you see how diligently they are working and that you appreciate them. Your employees are your number one priorities and should be accounted as your companies most important assest.

Human resources. . . *yawn*

Usually when people think human resources, they think of a bunch of people sitting behind desks pushing papers all day long. The career seems very mundane, and routine. In actuality, the world of human resources offers one a challenging and rewarding experience. The human resources  department is responsible for attracting, training and retaining quality individuals.

You might often find yourself wondering how can you manage subordinates that may have been in their career longer than you've been alive. Young human resources managers bring fresh and innovative ideas to a company. They are able to see things in an unconventional way to attract the best and the brightest. In no way, shape, or form is this blog intended to offend more "seasoned" individuals in the field of HR. I just seek to shine light on a sector that most people my age usually overlook.
